Dr. Itotenaan Henry Ogiri

Dr. Itotenaan Henry Ogiri is a seasoned Accountant and has worked both in the private and public sectors of the Nigerian Economy. Until recently, he served as Executive Director (Finance & Administration) of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). Earlier on, he was elected into the Rivers State House of Assembly as Member of Parliament (MP) where he represented Abua/Odual State Constituency for two consecutive tenors. Dr. Ogiri presently holds the position of Managing Director/Chief Consultant of Rosebowl Consulting Ltd, an educational Consulting outfit based in Lagos, Nigeria. He received a M.Sc and PhD (both in Accounting and Finance) from Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and also holds membership of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and The Institute of Chartered Fraud Examiners. He has published in top-ranking academic journals including: American Journal of Social and Management Sciences (USA), Social Responsibility Journal (UK), Journal of Global Responsibility (Australia) and African Journal of Economic and Sustainable Development (New York). His research interests are in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Oil prices and stock market performance, and Sustainable Development. Dr. Henry Ogiri is a visiting Fellow of Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom and is a guest lecturer at the Centre for Governance, Leadership and Global Responsibility.
Prof. Martin Samy

Prof. Martin Samy was a Professor of CSR and Effectiveness Measurement at Leeds Beckett University for over 8 years. He obtained his PhD from Monash University, Australia where he was a Lecturer for several years. Prior to his foray into academic, Martin had commercial experience as a financial manager of corporations in Singapore and Australia. He has been recognised in the Marquis Who’s Who in the World in 2007 for his research in establishing a Quality Effectiveness Instrument. His research interests are Corporate Social Responsibility and Financial Performance Measurement, where he has undertaken studies in Australia, UK, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Nigeria. He has published in international journals such as the Corporation Reputation Review, Journal of Global Responsibility, Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal and Journal of Accounting & Organizational Change. In 2013, he was awarded the prestigious Innovation and Initiative Excellence Award by Leeds Metropolitan University.
Dr. Roberta Bampton
Director (Research Unit)
Dr. Roberta Bampton recently retired from Leeds Beckett University where she was Head of School of Accounting, Finance and Economics. She had worked at the University for 15 years, teaching management accounting and supervising Masters’ and PhD students. She has had several successful PhD student completions. Her PhD, which she obtained in 2004, was on the subject of Accounting Ethics. Dr Bampton’s research interests are in Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Ethics, and Accounting Ethics. She has published in several academic journals including the 3* Journal of Business Ethics.
Dr. Mohammed Aliu Momoh

Dr. Mohammed Aliu Momoh is a Corporate finance and Economics expert. He has served at senior management level in various public and private sector financial Institutions in Nigeria. He currently serves on the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of Nigeria and is a resource person and facilitator for the Nigerian Capital Market Institute. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Dr. Momoh holds membership of other professional Institutions including: Project Management Professional, Chartered Institute of Taxation and Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers. He is currently the Managing Partner at Ali Momoh & Co. (Chartered Accountants). Dr. Aliu Momoh received his PhD in Economics from Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom and holds a M.Sc in Corporate Governance as well as M.Sc in (Economics) and Master in Legal studies from different Universities. A highly experienced and astute professional, Dr. Aliu Momoh has attended numerous courses within and outside Nigeria.
Mr Joseph Daddy Tsaroh-Eremeh

Until recently, Tsaro-Eremeh was Senior Consultant with Mev Konsult - a Tax, Finance and Management Consulting Firm in Port Harcourt. Prior to joining Mev Konsult, he worked as Principal as well as class room teacher in a number of public and private Secondary Schools in Rivers State. He attended Rivers State Polytechnic where he obtained a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto. Tsaro-Eremeh is a member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria (ICPAN-CPA), Chartered Institute of Loans & Risk Management of Nigeria (MCILRM) and Institute of Fraud and Examiners (IFE) (MCFE). Mr. Tsaro-Eremeh has good cultural adaptability and is a team player.
Francis Annan

Francis Annan attended Accra Academy Secondary School and thereafter worked in his father’s Law firm Nii Odoi Annan & Co as an admin assistant for 2 years. He attended Thames Valley University were he studied Accountancy. He then joined J Nelson & Co an ACCA firm for his professional skills training where to rose to the position of Audit Assistant. After leaving J Nelson & Co he set up Richard Clive Associates an Accountancy firm to offer Accountancy services to small size charities. In 2000 he closed Richard Clive Associates and embarked on a Solicitors Rules Accounts course training and then set up Othniel Daniels Associates to serve the ever growing Solicitors Industry in the UK. For 10 years he offered in house Accountancy services to over 40 Law firms in the UK employing a team of 10 staff. In 2010 in response to the Compliance Regime imposed by the Solicitor Regulation Authority (SRA) following enacting into law of the Legal Services Act 2007, he set up ODA Consulting a Finance and Administration Compliance firm with a view to offering Consulting services to Law firms that could not afford the services of in house Compliance Officers. Mr Francis is also currently the CEO of Renaissance Africa a Consulting firm for EU companies seeking to invest in West Africa.
